Time to celebrate! All the new products are available today in the Paper Sweeties Shop! Here's what I've created for you today:
More bold prints with some pretty pinks and florals! My plan was for one wreath as the focal point, but when trying to decide which color I was going to use and which color embossing powder, I ended up using all of them! You can see I've been trying to use my vellum more also. Yesterday I stamped the wreaths on vellum and colored them with my alcohol markers, and today I stamped that sweet little flower and leaves that come in the set on vellum, embossed in gold, colored them in and cut them out. I think they make the sweetest little embellishments... and I made a lot... so you'll be seeing more of these too. I'm just loving the new Hello Spring Stamp set and Hello Spring Sweet Cuts
The bow I embossed in gold also, but then I used my embossing pen to fill in the inside and used some pink glittery vintage powder to fill it in... and the other thing I've been loving is a white sentiment on black cardstock... I used the cute Hello Spring sentiment from the new set also. I'm playing along with Aud Sentiments Anything Goes Challenge also!
I felt like the upper left corner needed a little something so I filled it in with a few leftover items from previous projects, a banner cut from the Be Happy Sweet Cuts Set and of course, some Paper Sweeties Gold Sequins!

ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty gold and pink palette, and I love your layered wreaths! Those gold sequins blooms are the perfect finishing touches!
ReplyDeleteThose flowers with the gold centers make me happy as does that little strip of (washi? fabric tape) up in the corner...made me want some of that! I wish you were around to show me all your marker tricks...alcohol ink markers...what's up with that? And I'll show you spray painting! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteThe gold embossing and colors are just beautiful together!
ReplyDeleteAnother happy card, you think of so many ways of making a simple circle wreath look so pretty.
