Beasties are the Sprinkles!

Happy Sunday!  Today I'm sharing with you a birthday card I made using the Cupcake Cutie Spot Monster Digital Stamp.. the perfect image to use with my favorite googly eyes!  There's a new challenge over at the Craftin Desert Divas Gallery on Facebook... would you look at this fun and colorful inspiration photo?? #CDDMONTHLY

I took my inspiration from the bright and bold colors, the cupcakes, the banners and the general party atmosphere...

Isn't this guy a cutie??  He's fun and easy to color.  I used my Copics and of course I loved to add some googly eyes to him.  He seems like he's having a good time...

I was going to use a general Happy Birthday or Party sentiment and then I came across this one on the Yeti stamp set and .. well... it was perfect!

I also love the banner from the Party Dies... it's so thin and then I have the insides to use on other cards.  Love to cut them from glitter paper the most.  That big balloon is from the party dies also... Love how big and chunky it is.  In the spirit of using things that I have laying around, I had made the two background layers for another card and decided they weren't quite right but they were just the thing for this fun colorful card and helped me choose my color palette!  One less thing in the pile of extras!

Thanks for stopping by today!  Hope you're having a nice relaxing Sunday.. I'm actually vacationing right now and you'll probably hear about that later.  Enjoy!
