Welcome back! It's the 25th of the month and this time it means it's Christmas! Merry Merry!! Life has been a whirlwind lately since it's not only holiday season but it's my busy season at work! I needed some quick and easy cards and luckily (very lucky) I had won an awesome Stampin Up Joy of Sharing card kit from Robot Pixie Designs during the Falling for the Holidays hop over at Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers! (That was a mouthful!)
Check out this beautiful kit!
I'm gonna be honest... idk how many cards I made... but there is a bunch and they're beautiful (and shiny) and I sat down one afternoon for a few hours and made them. AND I have bunches of pieces parts left over. I used up all of the cards, envelopes and those beautiful gold frames, however I have a bunch of the beautiful pinecone and poinsettia images left as well as some of the labels so I'll be putting those to good use!
Thought I'd show you a few of them. I kind of followed the designs in the instructions, but it's so easy to switch up designs without putting too much effort into it. Also love that they are pretty flat (although I may or may not have used popup tape to adhere everything...lol) and easy to mail. Even the little embellishments are glitter paper dots so pretty flat!
Hope I'm not blinding you here, but it was hard to get photos with that beautiful gold frame.. but idk because I love them!
I really had a lot of fun with these and that's saying a lot since I don't usually use kits... but this was just what I needed this year.
That's it! If you haven't been here in a while, you'll find lots of holiday designs this last month or two or you can check out my Instagram account at @bzscrapper.
Now be sure to hop on over to my fellow Crafty Elves' places! See what Debra and Michael have in store for you today!
