Welcome back and thanks for coming to take a look at my second project for the JessicaLynnOriginal July Digital Stamp Release!

I LOVE me some Sugar Skulls!  I know this Day of the Dead Couple probably isn't what most people think of when they think of Christmas... but I imagined these two would be quite happy with their festive holiday colors and I think I can see them smiling.. can you?!

I pulled these two into my PrintShop program, sized them and then I added the text to the banner in a font that I chose.  I decided to print a second, but again, I only wanted the banner so I could pop it up so I moved the image so most of it was off the edge to print mostly just the banner... really just to save paper... 'cause that's how I roll.  Then I colored them in with my Copics and die cut them with a label die, chose a couple background layers and popped up my sugar skull couple on the top layer.

When I added my pop-up tape, I left a space where my ribbon was going to be so that I wouldn't risk having an area that was raised because the ribbon was smushed under some pop-up tape.  Then I cut out my second banner, added a hand drawn heart and popped it up over the image.

I decided to have some fun with this one and added a couple fabric roses from my stash, a little crocheted doily and a feather... and of course a few sequins :)!

I am linking up to the Inkspirational Anything Goes with Red Challenge, the Fab N Funky Christmas In July Challenge and the QKR Stampede Christmas in July Challenge!  You should check them out... get started on YOUR Christmas cards!

Thanks so much for stopping by!  Be sure to check out what else my Design Teammates have created for you as well:
