Coffee Lovers Blog Hop Day 4 1/2

Time for some mid-day inspiration!  If you're new to the hop and want to know how it works, then check out the Main Spring/Summer 2018 Coffee Lovers Blog Hop Post here!  Kudos to those of you who are doing some Super Commenting!  It is a labor of love... and I know everyone appreciates the sweet comments... I know I do!  I'm on 525 as I write this.  Remember that the bulk of the prizes during this hop are for linking up projects with a Spring/Summer and Coffee, Tea or Hot Cocoa theme!  I can't wait to see what you create!

Today I'm playing with some Brutus Monroe and Cas-ual Fridays!  Here's what I've made for you this time around:

I started off with this white embossed background that my friend Jean gave me once.. it was an extra and it was in my pile of extras so I decided now was it's chance...lol!  I did some splattering before I started attaching pieces to my card.

Sure, I could make things easier for myself and use some of the great Coffee sets that Brutus Monroe has to offer, but where's the fun in that??  LOL!  Instead My favorite thing to do is use a mixture of Coffee themed sets and non-coffee themed and see what kind of fun I come up with.  I knew I was going to use this Cup die from Memory Box... one of my favorite sets (yeah... I have a lot of favorites... what can I say...lol!)

Then I took a stroll through my Brutus Monroe sets to see what kind of cup I'd like, and landed on this beautiful Fox image in the Dreamcatching stamp set.

And of course I needed some flowers... I mean a cup should contain either coffee or flowers... sometimes a cute animal...lol!  So I turned to these beautiful flowers that I got in one of the Inspiration Boxes that I got from Brutus Monroe, Floral Frames.  These boxes are chock full of yumminess and when they're released if you think you want them you better order it right away because they sell out quick!  Sometimes the individual items will later be available in the shop, but not always.  Probably you should sign up for emails or you can by a subscription to the Inspiration Boxes... me... I'm a gambler so I wait 'til they come out and then throw a temper tantrum if I can't get what I want... hey... I know who I am!

One of my favorite Brutus Monroe items in my stash is one of the Mandala dies... the one that that beautiful glittery die cut came from is the Jennifer.. and what's really cool about these Mandala dies are they come in a couple pieces so I'm able to just use the small inside circle if I choose.. which was perfect here!

And when it came time to choose a sentiment, this one from Cas-ual Fridays Peace, Love & Coffee stamp set was perfect!!  It's on sale now right here!

Oh.. and did you notice those cool Bottle Cap Sequins??  You can get those from Brutus Monroe here!

Thanks for stopping again!  I'll be back in the morning with another one.  Hope you are enjoying your visits!
