Woo Hoo! Today is the day at Rubbernecker Stamps we're hopping and celebrating Rubbernecker's 29th Birthday! There is a new release, inspiration and prizes! Hop and comment at each stop for your chances to win a prize valued at over $60! Comment through midnight on February 5th and the winner will be chosen on February 6th!
If you get lost along the way, you can always hop on over to the Rubbernecker Blog here and find your way again!
Here's how I was inspired:
The new For Each Other stamp set is right up my alley! I love the adorable critters and cute punny sentiments! And have you seen the new mini slimline dies?? I cut this one twice in two colors of cardstock and stacked them offset for a little extra.
I colored up these two, added some snowflakes to the background using the Snowflake Stencil and then added some extras for a frosty look. I've got a short little video for you here showing how I added texture to the scarf using my Colorless Blender!
For my second card for today, I used the bunnies from the For Each Other stamp set along with the beautiful flowers from the Birthday Vase set:
Oh my goodness these two, right?? I created a cloudy background using the Clouds stencil and some Color Fuse Ink and then layered the hills, fence and grass over the top.
I colored and cut out the bunnies and florals and then I cut the flowers from the vase and inserted them into one of the pots from the Large Garden Pots Die set. A little birdie sits on the fence and a few butterflies and stamped the sentiment directly onto the card so as not to cover up any of the clouds.
Here’s another quick video for you!
Check out the awesome prize!
And here's the release!
You'll find the entire release here!
Now head on over to the next stop in the hop for some more inspiration and your chances to win! Good luck! Here's the entire hop list:
