Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #101

Onward and upward!  Last week was much fun hearing from everyone!  Thanks to everyone who stopped by and took the time to leave us all messages.  I hope to keep hearing from you all.

Here's my take on this week's sketch for the Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge Blog.  I have been using the Artfully Sent cartridge so much lately, but in bits and pieces.  I've been using Design Space to carve out the pieces I want because when I first looked at the cartridge I thought it was limited, but when you pair it with Design Space the options are limitless for sure!  Even without Design Space you can still use the parts separate from each other, but it's so much easier and more flexible with it.  The large negative space Happy on this one is from the cupcake happy birthday card on the cartridge.  The cutout Happy Birthday is actually from Artiste.  The papers are from the new Blossom coming April 1st and the flowers are from the Complements that go along with it.  This was a quick and easy card and left me plenty of time today to make Easter cards for my boys.  I'll be posting those at a later date.

Thanks for stopping by and don't forget to hop on over to Atlantic Hearts and check out all of the artwork for this challenge and past challenges.. there is a lot to see.  And soon winners from last week's 100th Sketch celebration challenge and drawing for prizes will be announced so check back frequently.  While you're there you may as well play along!

Great Birthday card.......love the colors! At the moment I use Cricut craft room , I don't own an explore. My husband is visiting Canada in a few weeks time.......I've put in an order. Also sending him off with a huge suit case :) Happy Easter weekend!

You are doing so much with your Explore! I am using it a little but still prefer my old Cricut. Your cards are the best no matter which Cricut you use!
