Happy New Year 2022 with CAS-ual Fridays Stamps!

Over at CAS-ual Fridays we're ringing in the New Year with some new celebration themed projects and some of our favorites from 2021!  I created this one and I wish you could see it in person!  I used the bubbly stencil to add some embossed glitter circles and it's hard to see in pics because of the gel print background, but in person, it really is cool!

I created a shaker with glitter paper in the background and for the stem.  Be sure to head over to the CASual Fridays Stamps blog for lots of fun and inspiration!

Thanks so much for stopping and hope you enjoy your New Years!  We're having a very small get together with my parents and a friend.  All fully vaxxed and testing beforehand.  You stay safe and take care and I'll see you next year!  Come again soon!

Miss Ink Stamps - Happy New Year 2022

Love this adorable mouse from the Blitzened stamp set!  Along with some streamers and confetti from the Streamers stamps and dies it's a party!  Or an after party...

I created the background using the Ins and Outs: Hollywood and Latte Love stencils.  And to finish it off, a sentiment from Season's Greetings.

That's me for today!  Hope you enjoyed it and you'll come again soon!

Crafty Elves Countdown to Christmas - December 2021 Edition

Welcome back!  It's the 25th of the month and this time it means it's Christmas!  Merry Merry!!  Life has been a whirlwind lately since it's not only holiday season but it's my busy season at work!  I needed some quick and easy cards and luckily (very lucky) I had won an awesome Stampin Up Joy of Sharing card kit from Robot Pixie Designs during the Falling for the Holidays hop over at Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers!  (That was a mouthful!)

Check out this beautiful kit!

I'm gonna be honest... idk how many cards I made... but there is a bunch and they're beautiful (and shiny) and I sat down one afternoon for a few hours and made them.  AND I have bunches of pieces parts left over.  I used up all of the cards, envelopes and those beautiful gold frames, however I have a bunch of the beautiful pinecone and poinsettia images left as well as some of the labels so I'll be putting those to good use!

Thought I'd show you a few of them.  I kind of followed the designs in the instructions, but it's so easy to switch up designs without putting too much effort into it.  Also love that they are pretty flat (although I may or may not have used popup tape to adhere everything...lol) and easy to mail.  Even the little embellishments are glitter paper dots so pretty flat!

Hope I'm not blinding you here, but it was hard to get photos with that beautiful gold frame.. but idk because I love them!

I really had a lot of fun with these and that's saying a lot since I don't usually use kits... but this was just what I needed this year.

That's it!  If you haven't been here in a while, you'll find lots of holiday designs this last month or two or you can check out my Instagram account at @bzscrapper.

Now be sure to hop on over to my fellow Crafty Elves' places! See what Debra and Michael have in store for you today!

Before you leave let's see who the winner is from last month's comments:

Vanessa!  Please email me at bzscrapper66 at gmail dot com so I can send you some Happy Mail!  And yes, we are doing it again next year.

Wishing you Happy Holidays whichever you celebrate and a super duper Happy New Year!  It's GOT to be better, right???  Come back soon!

A Quick Gift Card Card with Miss Ink Stamps!

Welcome back and Merry Christmas Eve!  Things have been crazy around here and I needed a quick gift card card so I turned to this cute Coffee Mug card from Trinity Stamps and the Deer and Tree from Calm and Bright and Oh Deer from Miss Ink Stamps!  Love that the tree is a solid stamp so I only needed to color the sweet deer and her baby!

I decorated my mug using the Woodcut Floral background stamp!  I love that it's great for Christmas or any time of the year for an elegant background.  I used some Ink on 3 Gold Rush embossing powder and Versamark to emboss the front.  I'd buy that mug!

Be sure to come back tomorrow for the Crafty Elves!  We are hopping for Christmas and hope to see you or if not tomorrow check it out after you celebrate!  Hope your holidays are happy and full of warmth and love!

Happig Christmas! From Miss Ink Stamps

Hello!  I've got some Punny Farm Pigs for you today, but it's Christmas Edition!  I love all of the extra images with the Ice Day stamp set that make it fun and easy to dress up a lot of the adorable critters over at Miss Ink Stamps for Christmas!

I wanted a Pink and Green background to go with my cute pigs and since those colors don't usually blend well, I decided to use a pink piece of cardstock and stenciled on some Ink on 3 Atelier Ink in Goddess Green using the Fine Lines Stencil!

I built my sentiment using part of a sentiment from Punny Farm Pigs and one from Season Greetings.

Speaking of Atelier Inks from Ink on 3, today is the last day to hop and comment for your chance to win a $25 gift code over on Instagram!  You can start at Miss Ink Stamps where you'll find the entire hop list!

Look for my post on IG with the hop graphic and this card:

Good luck!
