Welcome to Day 8 1/3 of the Spring & Summer 2018 Coffee Lovers Blog Hop! You have until 11:55pm Pacific time tonight to link up for chances to win (and of course have a lot of fun!). Click on the main hop blog post here to find out all of the details and then play along! Today I'm playing along with some Our Daily Bread, Stamplorations and Lawn Fawn! Here's what I've made:
Well, of course i started off with that pretty green plaid paper from Lawn Fawn's Spring Plaid paper Pack! And next my layers that would frame everything.. the gorgeous Lacy Ovals Dies from Our Daily Bread. That bottom one... that's the one I had cut the plain vellum for and decided it needed some color so I chose a green vellum instead which made all of the difference! Both of those oval layers are from that set and there are more beautiful layers...you should definitely check this set out!
Then... this Beverage Cup Die Set from ODB.. so AWESOME! It has all kinds of pieces parts so you can make it for any kind of beverage you'd like. Mine is a Frappuccino... because it's basically ice cream with coffee...lol! I cut the main cup out of some paper I had previously created using the Shaving Cream Technique. I trimmed the edges just a bit shorter so there would be a tiny border around it when I attached the same die cut out of Acetate to the top of it. I just used liquid glass and spread it evenly over the inside of the acetate and it worked like a charm. I also cut the top of the cup from acetate.. and that cherry!!!??? isn't it adorable? This is the set that the cute lemon slice from my Brentwood card came from too. Again... check it out!
And then I really couldn't say anything but this! LOVE this die from Stamplorations.. I cut it out twice from the green and then a white layer so I could offset it just a tiny bit to let it stand out more. And the butterfly is from ODB too.. it's called Bitty Butterflies and they are so sweet!
Thanks for stopping again... in case you couldn't tell, I am going to have one more for you this evening... no time to get it set right now.. so I'll see ya later! (I hope)
