Not Even A Mouse - Miss Ink Stamps Bear Hugs

Happy Friday!  Three more sleeps until the big night!

I decided to use some images from the Bear Hugs stamp set for a quick Christmas card!  A simple blended background using Frosty Flakes... I added some decorations to the tree with Nuvo drops and make these bears polar bears and the coloring is so quick and easy!

Finally the sentiment from Blitzened to finish it off.  I cut the edge of the sentiment strip with the same scallop background from the EIEIO set so it would line up perfectly on that panel.

That's me for today!  Wishing you the happiest of holiday seasons!

Come again soon!

Getting Lit - Miss Ink Stamps

I've got some more Wavy Masking Stencil for you today!  And some more Blitzened!

This time I created a scene ... quite a scene!  That reindeer had one too many glasses of wine I guess.

I had lots of fun using the Scene Builder Clouds and Sparkles stencils along with the Wavy Masking Stencil for the background.

I'll have a video for this one coming soon!

Thanks so much for stopping!  Hope you'll come again soon!

Miss Ink Stamps - Not Even A Mouse

Welcome back!  Today I'm using the Blitzened stamp set along with a banner from Springtime Banners and a gel print background with the Frosty Flakes stencil.

I love this sweet mouse sleeping in the glass!  He looks like he's had a full day of eating and celebrating.

This set has lots of fun sentiments and a cute drunk reindeer on it!  I'll introduce you to him next week!

That's me for today!  Thanks so much for stopping!  Hope you'll come again soon!

Miss Ink Stamps - Happy New Year 2022

Love this adorable mouse from the Blitzened stamp set!  Along with some streamers and confetti from the Streamers stamps and dies it's a party!  Or an after party...

I created the background using the Ins and Outs: Hollywood and Latte Love stencils.  And to finish it off, a sentiment from Season's Greetings.

That's me for today!  Hope you enjoyed it and you'll come again soon!

Miss Ink Stamps - The Morning After

Welcome back!  I have this fun card for you today which I must say made me giggle quite a bit as I was creating it!  If you checked out this month's Crafty Elves post then you saw my favorite card I made during the month... and this little scene occurred the morning after that one!

This poor guy got Blitzened last night and this is where his little woodland friends found him this morning and they are rallying around to see how they can help!

I had so much fun using some Distress Oxide Inks for the background and critters from Blitzened and Little Angel and a sentiment from Blitzened!

Thanks so much for stopping and hope you enjoyed it and come back soon!

Not A Creature - Miss Ink Stamps

Hello!  Welcome back!  I've got some sweetness from Miss Ink for you today!  I started by stamping the beautiful Mountainside image and colored the trees and mountains, moon and snow using Copic markers.  I leaned towards darker colors and purplish gray.  Then I blended some purple and blue distress oxides leaving space around the moon.  I went right over the mountains and snow and even the trees a little.  Then I blended the yellow over the moon area.  I splattered it with water and dabbed up the excess with a paper towel.  Then sprayed some water infused with Liquid Pixie Dust over that.  Once that was dry, I used a white gel pen to go over the starts that are in the image and had been stamped in black. and added a few white gel drops around in my sky.

I trimmed the background piece so that it would fit under the window die and adhered it to my base.  Then I added acetate to the back of the window die and then popup tape.  I tossed the clear sequins onto the background and added the window piece over the top of them.

Finally, I added that adorable image from Blitzened that I had stamped, cut and colored and fussy cut part of a sentiment from Little Angel and popped it up in place as well.

And that's it!  I am happy this turned out as I had planned it in my head!  That doesn't always happen.

And I there’s this!

Thanks so much for stopping and hope you'll come again soon!
