Poppy Stamps Challenge - Get Your Spook On!

I'm excited to be guesting with Poppystamps this month for their monthly challenge!  This month's theme is Get Your Spook On!  I used some great Poppystamps products to make this cute Halloween card.

I started by cutting some spider webs and then used repositionable adhesive and layed them out on the panel.  Then I sprayed some Distress Oxide Sprays over the top and splattered some paint.  Then I peeled the spider webs off.  Next I sprayed Glitter Dust over the top (including my webs because of course I'm going to use those eventually!  I set the panel aside to dry.

I cut that cute little witch from Copic Friendly paper and colored each piece and then assembled them using the pic on the packaging as a guide.  Then I cut the ghost and pumpkin I cut along with my webs and colored the pumpkin orange.  I placed a purple piece of cardstock behind it.  Finally I cut the Happy Halloween in purple glitter paper and the shadow from black and then arranged everything on the background.  Finally a few sequins and done!

Today is the day!  The new stamps and dies are in the shop as well as a restock of some favorites that have been missing for a while!

We went to one of the Disney Halloween Parties one year when our kids were small and it was fun but we had to leave early because our youngest had an earache.  Be sure to check out both challenges!

Rubbernecker Stamps September 2023 Release!

Whoop!  It's time for a new release over at Rubbernecker Stamps and I've got some Halloween fun for you today!

For starters, the new Spooktacular Coffee stamp set is right up my alley!!  I added some candies from Pumpkin Dress Up and the hat (as a cookie) from the Halloween Cats set.

And check out that background!  The new Jack O'Lantern Stencil is perfect for any Halloween card. 

How about some Pumpkin Dress Up??

There are now two Pumpkin Dress Up sets and I used both here plus one of the kitties from Halloween cats.

And I added some bats with the new Bats and Tree Stencil!  I'm loving the green and purple combo so you'll probably be seeing more of that over the next couple months!

And what is Halloween without some Ghosties!?

And these ones are sooooo cute!

And I extra love that there are dies including for the Happy Halloween and those little candies!  And the candies cut out all at once with one combined die so no keeping track of those teeny tiny dies... you just have to keep track of the teeny tiny candies...lol!

And last but certainly not least... Halloween Cats!

Eeeepp!!  I love this adorable set... and the background using Bats and Tree Stencil... that moon!!!

I'm just in love with this set!

Sometimes when I look back at these images I colored at Jenn Dove's Bootcamp I just can't believe I did this... this is the Kitty 'n Pumpkin stamp from Whimsy... but we added the entire scene around this cute kitty with our alcohol markers!  

I didn’t want to cover up my masterpiece so I added a simple border and one banner for a backdrop to a simple word die sentiment from A Jillian Vance Design. 

That’s it!  Short and sweet! Just wanted to share this before Halloween came and went.
