A Colorful Life Design - Big Sunflower Love

I'm super excited to be guesting this month for A Colorful Life Designs!

For my first project I made a quick card using the Sunflower Circle stencil and one of my favorite sentiment sets, Happy Thoughts!  I just ink blended a few colors of Distress Oxides ... no masking (I just wiped off the stencil in between colors).

Then I stamped two of the sentiments in different colors and die cut it with a tag die from Brass & Bliss.  Finally a few of those gorgeous opalescent sequins and done!  Easy peasy, flat and pretty!

So cute!  This one reminds me of my grandma... these were her favorite colors together.

Paired with that Confetti Background with a layer of Glitz Glitter Gel.

And my old favorites... those nested tags, the swirls from the Decorative Circle and the Inside Scallop Frame.

 

These cute little deer are so sweet!!

And new large snowflakes!

All in my OG favorite ... that pierced window frame.

Caffeinated Christmas Card Challenge #28 - Reminder

Welcome back!  It's time for a reminder over at the Caffeinated Christmas Card Challenge!  I've got some more Sweet N Sassy stamps for you today!

I started by heat embossing that Candy Cane image from the Holiday Cheer stamp set in a random pattern onto a piece of watercolor paper.  Then I added some watercolor using Distress Oxide Inks in blue and I added a little gold shimmery ink.

I stamped one of the sentiments from the set onto a strip and added it across the front.

And finally, that adorable Winter Gnome having his cocoa... or coffee... either one!  Or both!
