Hello! Welcome to the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop! I have a few posts today and this is my first one! My Coffee Lovin' Teamies and I are sharing projects today with some of our favorite sponsors! I've used some Trinity Stamps and Miss Ink Stamps items for my project today, along with a few other things!
If you would like to play along, you just need to create something with a coffee, tea, or cocoa theme and link it up for your chance(s) to win! (Yup! You can link up multiple new creations for multiple chances!). For all of the rules and to check out who the sponsors are, link up or just start hopping, check out the main hop post here up on the Coffee Loving Cardmakers Blog! And for even more fun, if you're not already a member, join us over in the Coffee Loving Papercrafters Group on Facebook here where we share caffeinated inspiration all year long! (Be sure to answer all of the questions to get added right away!
Here's how I was inspired:
This Dir-Tea Bunny from Trinity... love! I think he's so much fun to color and he's so sweet! And I love that the coordinating die cuts out his little hand paws so he can hold a multitude of things... but of course today he's holding his coffee cup.
I stamped, die cut and colored that sweet bunny and then I started by creating my background. I cut a rectangle panel using one of my most used dies from the Stitched Dot Rectangle Back Drop set. Then I blended some Distress Oxides onto it using the Sunburst stencil from Miss Ink Stamps. I did cut my Lawn Fawn stitched clouds first so I knew where to put the center of my Sunburst. I was able to move it up and to the left because the clouds covered up the bottom of the card.
I added the clouds with various thicknesses of popup tape. Then I used the Rainbow Die Set from Trinity and put my rainbow together. I love that it includes a base to attach all of your colored lines to. After I assembled it I tucked it into the clouds and then popped my bunny up over the top. I just love all of the cute sentiments that fit on that coffee cup in the bunny set... he is the World's Best!
Finally I stamped the sentiment from Miss Ink's Brewtiful stamp set onto the bottom left cloud that I didn't add until after I stamped it and scattered some pretty embellishments from Trinity all over!
That's me for today! I hope you enjoyed your visit and I've got a few other cards for today that you may want to check out and I hope you play along over at the Coffee Hop! I can't wait to see what you create!
