National Coffee Day - All You Need

Rubbernecker Stamps is a sponsor for National Coffee Day and there's a new release for today!  These adorable sloths are part of that release!  It's the All You Need Is Coffee set and it's got some adorable sloths and lots of coffee sentiments.

I created the background with the Coffee Bean stencil and some Color Fuse Inks and added some clear texture paste over the top.  Then I die cut the pumpkins from a gel print and added some additional color with a blending brush and Color Fuse Inks.  Stamped, cut and colored the images from the sloth set and added the coffee pot from the Coffee stamps and dies.  I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment and then cut it into strips.

Thanks so much for stopping!  Be sure to check out the Rubbernecker Blog and also all of the inspiration we're sharing up on the Coffee Loving Cardmakers Blog all week!

I've included links to all of the Rubbernecker Stamps products I used for today's project.  If you choose to purchase using these links I will receive a small compensation at no additional cost to you.  And thank you!

National Coffee Day 2020 - We Love Our Sponsors!

Welcome back!  You may have been here once or twice or three times today!...lol!  After all, it's National Coffee Day Week!  (LOL!  Well, we can't just celebrate one day!)

Today I'm joining Christine and Robyn up on the Coffee Loving Cardmakers Blog and here's what I have for you:

I've used some stuff from lots of sponsors for this one!

That adorable pup is from Topflight Stamps along with the sentiment.  Although it isn't a coffee set I thought it was perfect for a coffee card... dogs and coffee... the two things I'd take to a deserted island if I had a choice.

I used a Coffee Bean stencil from Funky Fossil Designs and some Thermoweb Transfer Gel Blanco to apply Rina K Neon Flock in Poppin' Pink. I cut the beautiful cup from Stamplorations and the stitched Rectangle and Heart are from A Jillian Vance Design.

That's me for today!  Be sure to head on over to the Coffee Loving Cardmakers post from the 29th for links to all of the sponsors who are participating in the hop!  Each one is giving away a prize!

Thanks for stopping and if you haven't already, you may want to check out my other cards for National Coffee Day!  Come again soon!

Here's how I was inspired:

At CAS-ual Fridays we're sharing projects using the newly released Coffee Chips Chipboard!  I had lots of fun with mine today and did some foiling on them!

I started this one by blending inks in a rainbow pattern onto my panel.  Then I laid the By The Beans stencil over it and applied some Translucent Embossing Paste through it.  I sprinkled some glitter over the top.   I wasn't trying to cover the entire embossed area with glitter... whatever stuck was fine and when it was dry I just tapped it off and then ran a wide brush across it to remove the excess... it leaves such a pretty sparkly surface without a ton of glitter... not that there's anything wrong with that!

I took a small paintbrush and applied some transfer gel onto the chipboard pieces.  I was fairly generous but not too heavy handed and made sure to cover the entire surface of them.  I set those aside to dry completely.  Then I cut some white cardstock using the Bubble Box Fri-Dies and secured it in the Misti to stamp the sentiment from the Stay Strong stamp set onto it leaving room for my coffee cups when they were ready.  Once the gel was dry (the jar says an hour... I'll be honest, I left it overnight because I'm impatient and went on to something else...lol!) I placed some Rainbow Deco Foil over the three pieces and ran them through my Minc on the 4 setting.  So pretty aren't they??  And I love that the Coffee word chipboard piece fit perfectly over the Coffee word in this sentiment stamp so I didn't even have to piece the sentiment together!

I just added a few of my favorite sequins and I was done!

Thank you so much for stopping by today!  Be sure you check out what my teamies have created for you today!

And should you decide to shop, Coffee themed products are 25% off for the hop!  And in addition you can use one of the DT codes for an additional 15% off any products!  Here's mine:

CAS-ual Fridays Stamps Release - Coffee'isms

Welcome back to Day 3 of CAS-ual Fridays Stamps Release Inspiration!  Today we're sharing makes using the new Coffee'isms Stamp Set and Coffee Bean Stencil!

I started by adding some Brushed Corduroy Distress Oxide Ink to my white cardstock panel.  Then I laid the stencil over the top and again used the Brushed Corduroy to start adding the coffee beans.  I followed up with some Rusty Hinge and Ground Espresso.  Finally I splattered some Glitter Watercolors over the top.

I cut one of the Bubble Box Dies from white cardstock and stamped the sentiment from Coffee'isms using Memento Espresso Truffle and splattered over that.  Then I cut two cups from glitter paper using the little Coffee Cup die and added some hearts and circles from the Paw Prints Chipboard pack as steam and colored them with gold gel pen.  Just a few sequins and I was done!

And there you have it!  I love that Michele has so many choices for the Coffee Lover!!  And now you have a couple more!

Now be sure to head on over to the CAS-ual Fridays Stamps blog to see what everyone else has created today with these new products!  And should you see something you must have, I have this for you:

Thank you for stopping and be sure to come back again tomorrow for more release inspiration!
