National Coffee Day - All You Need

Rubbernecker Stamps is a sponsor for National Coffee Day and there's a new release for today!  These adorable sloths are part of that release!  It's the All You Need Is Coffee set and it's got some adorable sloths and lots of coffee sentiments.

I created the background with the Coffee Bean stencil and some Color Fuse Inks and added some clear texture paste over the top.  Then I die cut the pumpkins from a gel print and added some additional color with a blending brush and Color Fuse Inks.  Stamped, cut and colored the images from the sloth set and added the coffee pot from the Coffee stamps and dies.  I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment and then cut it into strips.

Thanks so much for stopping!  Be sure to check out the Rubbernecker Blog and also all of the inspiration we're sharing up on the Coffee Loving Cardmakers Blog all week!

I've included links to all of the Rubbernecker Stamps products I used for today's project.  If you choose to purchase using these links I will receive a small compensation at no additional cost to you.  And thank you!

CAS-ual Fridays Stencil Release - Falling Leaves Stencil

Welcome back for the final day of New Release Inspiration at CAS-ual Fridays Stamps!  Today we're sharing projects using the Falling Leaves Stencil!

I decided to create a Fall-ish card using a panel cut from a gel print background.  I used the stencil to apply some gold texture paste.  I cleaned the stencil and dried it and then placed it back over the gel and pressed on some Flower Soft in autumn colors, pressing it into the gel and then I added some glitter in an autumn orange.  I pressed them both in slightly and then let it dry.  Once dry, I used a stiff paintbrush to remove the excess.

Finally the Big Thanks Duo was the perfect sentiment... in gold and brown.

Thanks so much for stopping!  Hope you'll come again soon!

Now be sure hop on over to the CAS-ual Fridays Stamps Blog to see what everyone has created for you using this fabulous stencil!

Miss Ink Stamps Release - Stuck Duck!

We are still hopping for the New Release sneaks at Miss Ink Stamps over on Instagram!  Today we're sharing sneaks using the new Stuck Duck stamp set!

This fun and adorable set has so many great sentiments!

I used some fabulous Holographic Paper from ETC Papers and used the Square Dance stencil to apply Clear Embossing Paste over the top to give the background a duct tape-ish look and once it was dry, I just added the images I had stamped, cut and colored to the front!

These images are so easy to color and so fun to use!

These are the few colors I used!

Thanks so much for stopping and be sure to come back soon!  Now hop on over to Miss Ink Stamps on Instagram to see how you can win and be sure to check back there every day!

Miss Ink Stamps - Stained "Glass" Anyone?

Welcome back!  It's been a few days, but I've been busy creating including this one!  I was looking at the beautiful holographic papers from ETC Papers and had an idea!

I loved the way using alcohol inks on EVO paper with texture paste applied through a stencil looked on this prior card here and was wondering what would happen if I used a stencil to apply clear texture paste on some Hologram Paper and then alcohol inks and I LOVE it!

It's quite hard to pick up ALL of the nuances of this background with the Floral Stained Glass stencil... aside from the beautiful colors, the sparkle that comes through from the holographic paper is amazing!

And I decided to go a little Eastery with this one using the Springtime Banners and Springtime Bunnies stamp sets.  I decided to give it a sentiment from Little Angel so it doesn't have to necessarily be for Easter.

If you love sparkle and shine... you are gonna extra love these holographic papers. It's definitely given me some ideas for another and I'll be sharing that sometime this month!

I am playing along with a few challenges with this one!  Over at Double Trouble it's Anything Goes!  But I've also met the Twist by using colored images for their National Crayon Day celebration.  Use any of your coloring mediums (non techie) to meet the twist.

I'm also playing along with 2 Crafty Critter Crazies which is always Anything Goes with a Critter!  I've got some of those on this one!

Thanks for stopping and be sure to come again soon!

CAS-ual Fridays Stamps Release Day 1 - Raindrops Duo and Scattered Showers Stencil

Excited because today we are sharing projects made using some of the fun and fabulous new CAS-ual Fridays products!  We've got a new stencil and a great new stamp and die set.  I've used both on this one!

I just love the new Raindrops duo!  The cute clouds, lightning and raindrop stamps and dies are perfect and the sentiments are the icing!

I started by blending some Distress Oxides onto a panel and then laid the stencil over the panel and added more of the same blue through it.  Next I added some clear texture paste through it and while it was wet, sprinkled a little glitter over it and set it aside to dry.

The clouds, lightning and raindrops were cut from white glitter paper and I stamped the sentiment and then cut it into strips.  When the paste was dry, I layered it onto two cardstock layers and then popped the sentiment and diecuts onto the front.  Finally just a few sequins and done!

Thanks so much for stopping!  Be sure to head on over to the CAS-ual Fridays Stamps blog to see what everyone has created for you for today and you can find all the new products here!

And should you decide you need anything, I have this for you:

Miss Ink Stamps Stencil Release - Latte Love!

Welcome back!  Excited because today we've got some awesome new stencils in the Miss Ink shop!  I'm sharing Latte Love with you today!

Sometimes all you need is a fabulous stencil and a great sentiment!  I blended some Distress Oxide Inks in a circle pattern through the stencil I offset on the side of this one.  I was planning on a full rainbow, but decided to go with these colors instead.  When I was done blending the inks, I wiped off the top of the stencil and then applied some clear texture paste through it.   While it was wet I sprinkled on just a tiny bit of white glitter for a little bit of sparkle.

While it was driving I stamped one of the sentiments from Unbirthday using a few different purples and fussy cut it out.  I added foam tape and then popped it up over the stenciled area.  We all know some one who doesn't like to celebrate their birthday and this sentiment is perfect for the other 364 days of the year!

Thanks for stopping and hope you enjoyed it!  You can find all of the fantastic stencils over at Miss Ink at this link here!  We'll be sharing makes with all of the new stencils over the next week or so and there's a giveway over at the Miss Ink account on IG!  Head on over there for the details!

Miss Ink Stamps - Heavenly Day!

Welcome!!  Hope you put on your sunglasses before you popped over here!  I've got some color for you today!

I had some fun with Evo Paper, Alcohol Inks and Texture paste again and with that gorgeous Stained Glass Floral stencil...sure does make me happy!

I added a little bit of holographic glitter before the alcohol ink was dry again...and some of the inks are Pearls so I'm loving the shine on that background.  And it was fun to color that banner in a rainbow pattern to match the background... as well as the flowers!

And along with these beautiful images from Little Angel and Springtime Banners... This would be heaven to me.

Thanks so much for stopping!  I hope you enjoyed your visit and that  you'll come back again soon!

We're All Mad Here!

I mean... we are right???  At this point I'd say it's a pretty safe statement...lol!

Had some fun with this one!  I started with a panel of EVO Synthetic paper and applied clear texture paste through the Rabbit Hole Stencil.  While that dried, I stamped, cut and colored my image from Tea Party and heat embossed the sentiment from Madness in purple and cut it out.

Once the texture paste was dry, I dropped some alcohol inks in green (including a beautiful Pearl variety) over the stenciled paste and used Blending Solution and a hand blower to move it around.  I LOVE how this turned out and will be playing with this some more for sure!

While the background dried I finished up with the rest of the elements and then popped them up over the swirly background.  I added another sentiment from the Madness stamp set and a few sequins and done!

Thanks so much for stopping and hope you'll come again soon!

Miss Ink Stamps - A Haunted Hello Just Be-Caws

Welcome back!  I've got a Haunted Hello for you today!  I just love the Just Be-Caws stamp set with it's fun and punny sentiments (although I used a sentiment from Boo Crew for this one.)

I started by heat embossing a black panel with translucent texture paste and some Wow Bang Embossing Powder.  I stamped cut and colored my images and then popped them all up ... easy.. peasy!

Thanks so much for stopping and I hope you'll come back again soon!
