For My Sweet Bunny - Miss Ink

Welcome back!  Sharing a sweet card today using the Springtime Bunnies and Springtime Banners stamp sets along with the Rainbow Builder Stencil Set and Cloud Builder Stencil..

My inspiration came from the current challenge over at Double Trouble Challenge Blog and this super sweet Mood Board:

I'm linking up over there at Double Trouble and also linking up to the Bitten By The Bug 2 Oh Baby Challenge, who is partnering with the Double Trouble ladies for this challenge!  They've changed their rules a little for this challenge and you need to use either a machine cut or die cut on your project... I've got that fabulous frame from Rubbernecker!

And don't you just love that rainbow... it's hard to see here, but I used some Iridescent Glitz Glitter Gel for the embellishment layer... stars and lines and such ... and I love the subtle glittery accent.

Thanks so much for stopping!  I hope you enjoyed your visit and you'll come again soon!

Paper Sweeties February 2019 Release Rewind!

Welcome to the Release Rewind!  Today I've used the duck, umbrella and heart from the new All Occasion Stamps and Sweet Cuts on this cute card!

I started by using the Circle Scallop Frame to cut a window in my top panel.  Then I used a stencil to add the clouds where the window would be and die cut the waves using the wave die in the Let's Go To the Beach Sweet Cuts set.  I cut it from a previously made shaving cream background.

I placed the waves so they would show just right in the window and then added the top layer to the bottom with some foam pieces.

I stamped and die cut two of the ducks and one umbrella from the new All Occasions set.  I colored the ducks with my Copics and paper pieced a pretty rainbow striped umbrella.

I used the frame from the Circle Scallop Frame cut for the window at the top to frame my sentiment.   The sentiment from the Home Is Where Your Story Begins was just right for this card too!  I used some more of those sweet flowers from Hello Spring and die cut a heart using a die from All Occasions from the same paper as the umbrella.  All I needed to finish it up were a few Robin Egg Sequins.

That's it for me!  Hope you enjoyed your visit!

I'm playing along over at Double Trouble's Flower Challenge and it's all about Flowers at Outlawz Twisted Thursday too!

All About Girls Cutting Cafe Inspiration!

Happy Monday!  Popping in to share with you some Cutting Cafe Inspiration!  This time around we are using the All About Girls printable stamp set and the All About Boys printable stamp set!   Obviously, I'm working with the All About Girls today.  This set is adorable and chocked full of girly goodness!

I used a couple of the images to create this cool background... printed it on watercolor cardstock with my laser printer, smooshed on some distress oxides and once they were dry, I ran it through my Minc with some gold sequin foil.  (I don't know that this is the right order to do this in, however, I had gotten it watercolored and then remembered that I was going to foil it...lol... so I did... and it worked!  That adorable sentiment is also from the All About Girls set... so sweet!

I also used this adorable Sweet Little Giraffe from the Cutting Cafe Shop... she is sweet, isn't she?  She is no longer available, however, you can check out the other adorable sets at The Cutting Cafe Shop here!  Or you can work with Regina to have a custom set made!

And I just LOVE this sentiment from the All About Girls set!  I printed it on Vellum and ran it through my Minc.

Here is a shot of all of the shiny gold goodness...

I've fallen in love all over again with printable stamps.  They are so versatile and while I did choose to foil mine, the background would have been pretty if I'd just left it the way it was also, but you know me and the gold..lol!  And there are SO many printable sets over at the Cutting Cafe!  Some already made up backgrounds too!  I'll be sharing something made with one of those soon!

Stop over at The Cutting Cafe blog, comment for a chance to win some free files and then see what everyone else created using these sets!

I got some inspiration to get started using this week's Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge!  You should head on over there to check it out!
