Crafty Elves Countdown to Christmas - July 2026 Edition

It's the 25th of the month and time for the Crafty Elves to share the Christmas Cards we made this month!  After you are done here be sure to head on over to Debra and Michael's blogs to see their fantastic makes!

I got that fab deer die set from Honey Bee Stamps and needed to use it!  I haven't had much creative time lately and it felt good to sit down and make a couple cards.  I'm also playing along over at Double Trouble Challenge Blog's Challenge #221, Christmas in July 3-2-1 Recipe.

I used non-traditional colors, pink, green and teal.  The background is a foiled toner card front and the sentiment is from a Therm O Web Sentiment Card Front.  I used my favorite Hero Arts frame.

I just picked up this Photo Play Fa La La die from a local scrapbook store.  I had the perfect background already for a non traditional Christmas Card, and the snowflake die cuts from my stash just topped it all off with the Fa La La.

That's me for today!  Thanks for stopping and don't forget to use the links above to visit Debra and Michael's blogs!  And head over to the Double Trouble Challenge Blog and play along!

Crafty Elves Countdown to Christmas - June 2026 Edition

It's the 25th of the month and time for the Crafty Elves to share the Christmas Cards we made in June!  Be sure after you leave here you head on over to Debra's and Michael's places to see what they've created for you for today!

It seems I'm always creating with little time these days and this was no different.  But luckily I had this awesome foiled background to start with!

I used a sheet of rainbow foil left over from foiling a toner card front and ran it through my Fuse with a white Polyglaze sheet.  Why not rainbow for Christmas??

I wanted the background to be the star of the show so I kept it simple... a sentiment cut using a Stamplorations die and some foiled gel print in my stash.  I cut a second sentiment from white glitter paper and offset it slightly to give some definition over that wild background.  I also cut the huge snowflake from A Jillian Vance Design from the white glitter paper and popped both up onto the background.

That's me for today!  I hope you enjoyed your visit and don't forget to check out what Debra and Michael have for you!  It's a very short hop and won't take long!

Thanks for stopping!

It's the 25th of the month and time for the Crafty Elves to share the Christmas cards we made this month!  Once again I find myself in disbelief that it's been a month since our last post!  And once again I find myself behind so I pulled out the paper goods I picked up over at Stamplorations again!

Once again a beautiful background panel, one of the images from the Christmas Mugs Cuties ephemera and a die cut greeting from glitter paper!

These mug cuties are just the cutest!  Thanks for stopping here and be sure to hop on over to Michael's and Debra's places to see what they've created for you today!

Crafty Elves Countdown To Christmas - April 2026 Edition

I cannot believe it's been a month already!  It's the 25th of the month and time for the Crafty Elves to share the Christmas Cards we made this month!  It's just me and Debra this time and we hope to inspire you!

My crafty time has been severely cut back recently because of ... well... life... and I was super thankful to have recently picked up some stuff from the Stamplorations shop that made it super easy to create my card this month!  I know you've seen a similar background before but check out those adorable Christmas Mugs Cuties ephemera!

I used a Luggage Tag die cut as a backdrop for my Cutie so he wouldn't get lost in that gorgeous background.  That stitched cloud piece was in my stash and I used the bottom of the tag die to cut it so it would fit perfectly at the bottom of the tag.  Then I added the Peace Love Joy die cut that I cut from white glitter paper (this die is currently sold out but I had to use it and there are lots of other beautiful Christmas sentiment dies in the shop).  Just a few sequins and I was done... easy peasy!

That's me for today!  Be sure to hop on over to Debra's place to see what she's got for you today!  Thanks for stopping!

Crafty Elves Countdown to Christmas March 2026 Edition

Welcome to another Crafty Elves Countdown to Christmas!  The 25th of each month is when my crafty friends and I share Christmas Cards!  It's just Debra and I this month so it's a super short hop and we hope you enjoy it!

I've been playing with some Stamplorations lately and came across those adorable images from a sample pack of paper goods from the shop and decided to make a card around them.  I masked off parts of the sentiment and embossed them onto a tag.  Then I added those pretty Bloomdala die cuts that can be flowers, but here I'm using them as snowflakes!

I stenciled and splattered the background and then layered everything over it.  I used a bow die from Brass & Bliss for the bow.

That's me for today!  Don't forget to hop on over to Debra's place to see what she made for today!

Merry Christmas 2025 from the Crafty Elves!

It's the 25th of the month and the day that my fellow Crafty Elves and I share the cards we made this month!  I'm changing it up this month because I am still behind, but I'm hoping in the new year I have more crafty time!

In November I started a new job which will be much less stressful once I catch up...no more tax season!  But today I'm going to share a couple of my favorite Christmas cards from this year:

This is one from January and I love those dies from Spellbinders!  I need to get those out again!  You can find the details for this one here if you missed it!

This one was fun to make using dies from A Jillian Vance Design! The details for this one are here!

And this one from June... might just be my favorite!

That's me for today!  Thanks for stopping and be sure to hop to see what Debra and Michael have created for you today!

Thanks for stopping!  Come again soon!

Crafty Elves Countdown to Christmas - October 2025 Edition

It's the 25th of the month and time for the Craft Elves to share the Christmas cards we made this month.

I'm using leftovers from other projects today including one of my favorite gel prints.  The frame, pup and Merry Sentiment were extras and the snowflakes too and I cut the trees from a foiled gel print.

I think I'll be trying to use up lots more extras over the next few months.

Now be sure to head on over to Debra and Michael's places to see what they've made for today!  Thanks for stopping!

Crafty Elves Countdown to Christmas - September 2025 Edition

It's the 25th of the month and time for the Crafty Elves to share the Christmas Cards we made this month!

I've used mostly pieces from my stash.. that Christmas tree from AJVD with Deco Foil ornaments... those adorable pups and sentiment from Avery Elle that I had stamped and die cut previously but not used yet.  The fun frame from Avery Elle also cut for a previous project and not used.

I created the background by stenciling some Transfer Gel Duo onto a plain piece of cardstock and adding Opal Deco Foil when it was tacky.

Thanks for stopping!  Hope you enjoyed your visit and be sure to head on over to Debra and Michael's places to see what they've created for today!

Crafty Elves Countdown to Christmas - July 2025 Edition

It's the 25th of the month and time for the Crafty Elves to share the Christmas cards we made this month.  Be sure to visit my fellow elves' places to see what they've created for you too!

There's a new Christmas release over at Brass & Bliss Craft Co and these pretty Build a Poinsettia dies are perfect!  I cut them from foiled gel prints and added them over a cool stenciled background using the Rattan stencil from Miss Ink Stamps.

I finished it off with the Feliz Navidad die from Lawn Fawn also cut from foiled gel print.

That's me for today!  Come again soon and be sure to visit Michael and Debra!

Crafty Elves Countdown to Christmas - June 2025 Edition

Welcome to another Crafty Elves Countdown to Christmas!

This is the day that my crafty friends, Debra and Michael and I share the Christmas Cards we made this month!

Here's how I was inspired:

I got this Hello Bluebird Christmas is Coming stamp and die set a long time ago and even stamped and started coloring some of the images and then... what?  IDK!  But I decided it was time to get them on a card so I colored in the rest and arranged them on a great scene from some Brass & Bliss Craft Co Frosty Adventures paper.

Finally, I stamped one of the sentiments from the set and cie cut it with a great frame from Brass & Bliss and layered it over the branches and berries from a Hello Bluebird die set that a friend gave me.

That's me for today!  I hope you enjoyed it.

Thanks for stopping.  And don't forget to head on over to Michael's and Debra's places to see what they made for you today!

Craft Elves Countdown to Christmas - May 2025 Edition!

Welcome back!  And Merry Christmas in May!  It's the 25th of the month and time for the Crafty Elves to share the Christmas Cards we made this month.

I've used some beautiful dies from A Jillian Vance Design.  I had created the poinsettia for a previous project and decided I only needed one instead of two so I decided to use it today!

I added some pine branches and pine cones to a gel printed background and layered over it white layer cut with an edge die.
And finished it off with the Seasons Greetings from the Scripty Greetings die set.

That's me for today!  Be sure to head on over to Michael and Debra's places to see what they have for you today!

Crafty Elves Countdown to Christmas April 2025 Edition

It's the 25th of the month and time for the Crafty Elves to share the Christmas Cards we made this month!

After you leave here, be sure to head on over to Debra's and Michael's places to see what they've made for you today.

If you come here often you know I came across some fun graphic pieces from Stamplorations while I am cleaning and organizing my updated craft room and I've been using them.  All of the graphics on these cards is from that stash!

I used papers from the most recent Your Paper Insider box... that textured blue paper was perfect for the colors on these.

Those pretty "snowflakes" were cut with Stamplorations dies.

And the sentiments were cut from papers from prior Your Paper Insider boxes with Lawn Fawn dies.

Now take the short hop over to Debra's and Michael's places!
