Welcome to the October Three Amigos Blog Hop! We are three friends and CTMH consultants who challenge each other every month to create something using CTMH products and this year it's all about Three! For October the challenge is to use three different forms of texture. The main forms of texture I used on my card are edge distressing, embossing and texture paste. I used the CTMH Swan Lake paper pack. Love the colors in this one and I thought it would be perfect for a tea card and I used the sketch from Kerry's Sip and Share over at the Coffee Lovers Blog.
I embossed the whisper base of my card using one of the new embossing folders from CTMH. Love that wood slat look of this one... very different and cool!
I love to use texture paste and a stencil to add some subtle but pretty texture to a lot of my projects. I got this pretty shimmery texture past at my LSS on my last visit.
There are so many different ways to add texture.. the ribbon... the stitching on my sentiment banner... everything has it's own texture and I love me some texture!
