Caffeinated Christmas Card Challenge #28 - Reminder

Welcome back!  It's time for a reminder over at the Caffeinated Christmas Card Challenge!  I've got some more Sweet N Sassy stamps for you today!

I started by heat embossing that Candy Cane image from the Holiday Cheer stamp set in a random pattern onto a piece of watercolor paper.  Then I added some watercolor using Distress Oxide Inks in blue and I added a little gold shimmery ink.

I stamped one of the sentiments from the set onto a strip and added it across the front.

And finally, that adorable Winter Gnome having his cocoa... or coffee... either one!  Or both!

Caffeinated Christmas #28 - With Sweet N Sassy

I used Cocoa the Mouse for my card today!  And Cocoa is swimming in a cup of Cocoa!  And the sentiment is from the Holiday Cheer set.

I used frames from Avery Elle and Miss Ink and that fab background I created using a digi from Angie Blom and Deco Foil.over a gel print.

Coffee Lovers Blog Hop 2021 - Sweet N Sassy

Welcome back!  It's Day 5 of the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop!  I've got some of Super Sponsor Sweet N Sassy Stamps for today along with a few other things!  I used the So Sweet Cocoa Clear Stamp Set (the mice with the sweets) and the Cocoa's Cups Clear Stamp Set (the little mouse peeking out from behind the coffee cup).

I picked one of my favorite Gel Press backgrounds that I made a while ago for the backdrop and added one of my favorite coffee cups from CAS-ual Fridays (it's on sale) and steam from A Jillian Vance Design!

I used a sentiment from the So Sweet Cocoa set and a few sequins and I was done!

Craft Elves' Countdown to Christmas March 2021 Edition!

Merry Christmas in March!  It's time for the Crafty Elves to share the Christmas cards we made this month!  

I decided I needed to really get to know the Winter Gnomes set from Sweet N Sassy Stamps so my first three cards use images from that one...

I decided to keep all of my cards fairly simple in design and used a similar formula for each.  I used up some old Doodlebugs papers and tried to coordinate them with the theme of my image.  This sentiment is from the Winter Gnomes set.

I decided on that photo frame from Trinity Stamps because it was the perfect size for a small simple scene and for these image sizes... I cut some landscape from glitter paper using these Rubbernecker dies.  I love them because they have stitching on both sides of the cut lines!  I just trimmed them down to fit inside the frame.  I also cut a few snowflakes from a couple different places like Paper Smooches and A Jillian Vance Design.

I think this one is my favorite... of course the coffee (or cocoa if you prefer) and decided to use an old Paper Smooches die set.  Love the candies and cookie and they were fun to cut from Copic friendly paper and color them and then add glitter to some of them.  I used a sentiment from an old MFT set because it was just right.

For my last card, I decided to use an adorable set called Spit Happens from The Cat's Pajamas... it's no longer available, however, you may want to head over to their shop because they've got big progressive sale action going on as they are going digital.  Lots of fun stamps and dies on sale for 20% off at last check and I'm sure you'll find something you love!

Anyway, here's how I was inspired:

Aren't these guys adorable???  I had that MFT Happy Holidays die cut already cut and used the Fleece Navidad from an MFT stamps set because this one wasn't a Christmas set.  I'm linking this one up to the Coffee Lovers Hop too because one of these little guys is drinking a cup of coffee!  I love that the dies for this one cut out his cute little hooves.

Coffee Loving Cardmakers - Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps Collaboration Hop

Here's how I was inspired:

O M Garsh I have been wanting these adorable mice sets for such a long time!  I used the 11th Birthday Throwback Cocoa's Cups stamp set and the So Sweet Cocoa stamp set.  These two sets are SO perfect together... one full of cups and the other sweets!

Some old Doodlebug paper was perfect as a backdrop and that sentiment from Sweet 'N Sassy's fabulous Coffee Talk stamp set was just right!
