So... I guess here we are... it's the last day of the Coffee Hop...(sniffle). This one has flown by for me. I've been working so much I haven't been able to really enjoy it as it should be! I'm very behind on visiting everybody, but I'll be there! And I might be able to sneak one more in tonight... but not sure... can I retire yet??
I'm playing along with the Coffee Lovers Winter Blog Hop 2016 and also the Visions of Sugar Plums Challenge over at Choux Choux Paper Art!
So today I am sharing with you a card I made using the Coffee Cup 2 Shaped Card file from The Cutting Cafe and the custom stamp set I got from The Cutting Cafe Shop a couple weeks ago.
I've used this Coffee Cup Shaped Card file so many times in so many ways... when I need a to go coffee cup I can cut it in any size I want! But here I actually used it as a shaped card!...lol! It was so easy to import the SVG file into my Cricut Design Space, Re-size as a whole to the instructions given with the set, and once that's done I saved it and then I went to town cutting out all of my pieces parts in the papers I wanted. Next time I just pull the file back up and start cutting!
The papers I used here I got in the Cutting Cafe Shop... they're My Minds Eye Sugar Plum papers and boy do I wish I got the 12x12 pad for this one... they are beautiful!
I got this owl stamp from The Cutting Cafe Shop. It was one of the digital stamps Regina had available and I chose it and a few others, sized them and she made it into a stamp for me. I also asked for the owl separate along with the sentiment and she obliged and now you can get the owl and sentiment in the shop for only $1.99 right here! Or you can create your own custom stamp set! Pretty cool!
I embossed the sleeve with my Richard Garay Sweater embossing folder.. fave!
I also got some separate sentiments to use along with this or any owl stamp I have.. I used one of them on the inside here. And I just cut an extra layer of the cup to use as a liner inside my card, and that little pocket is one of the pieces you can cut if you want to add a gift card to it!
So thanks ever so much for stopping by today and every other day and extra much if you've let me know you were here... It makes me smile when my phone tells me someone left me a comment! I've enjoyed and maybe I'll see you again before the hop is over or maybe I won't, but please don't be a stranger and stop by often!
You have until 11:59 pm Pacific Time tonight (Friday the 16th of December) to play along with the Coffee Hop and until tomorrow to play along with Lori at Choux Choux! You can do it!! I'd love to see what you create!
